In the event of any pandemic the Board will use its best endeavours to provide refunds with reasonable deductions of any associated costs. If you booked directly with an airline, ferry company or other travel provider the Incorporated Society will not be liable to any remedies or refund associated with this. As the parent I agree to be responsible for the child or children at all times. If the child goes on the walk then the parent must walk with the child. The responsibility can not be passed to another Hasher unless the child is over 12 years.At the venue the child must remain with the parent or parents group at all times.
