I accept that all Registration Fees that I pay are non refundable if I am unable to join the Interhash 2024 event but can be transferred. Registrations will not be considered paid until paid in full.
I accept that the Organizing Committee of the Interhash 2024, the Hares duly appointed by the committee, sponsors, agents and servants accept no liability for any injury, damage or loss, however these may occur before, during or after the event.
For bookings affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, your rights to cancellation will be determined by the Incorporated Society’s Board. In the event of any pandemic the Board will use its best endeavours to provide refunds with reasonable deductions of any associated costs. If you booked directly with an airline, ferry company or other travel provider the Incorporated Society will not be liable to any remedies or refund associated with this.
